Sunsets

My son Briggs recently remarked, “Mom, you have two favorite things to take a picture of: sunsets and your kids.” He is correct. Sunsets are my favorite moment in time, yet I find them nearly impossible to capture well. Maybe this is why I keep trying, often timing my evening walk in rhythm with the sun setting. I’m a sunset chaser for life, because nothing evokes awe quite like these colors splashed across the evening sky.
